Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have broad responsibility across financial control, commercial reporting, treasury, cash flow, stock, systems and the leadership and development of the finance and administration teams.\n \nThis is a “hands-on” senior finance position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to lead the upcoming finance ERP implementation.\n \nYou will lead and develop the finance and administration teams, setting high standards while creating an environment where people can learn, take ownership and progress. We are looking for a Financial Controller who genuinely enjoys coaching, supporting and bringing the best out of others.\n \n- Producing accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and Board reporting.\n \n- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.\n \n- Providing commercial analysis across sales, gross margin, profitability and overheads.\n \n- Managing treasury, banking relationships, cash flow, working capital and foreign exchange.\n \n- Overseeing stock accounting, stock provisions and margin analysis.\n \n- Ensuring robust financial controls and statutory and tax compliance.\n \n- Managing relationships with auditors, advisers, banks and other professional partners.\n \n- Leading the continued development of the finance systems and ERP.\n \n- Acting as a trusted financial adviser and constructive challenge to the wider management team.\n About You \n \nWe are looking for someone who combines strong technical finance skills with commercial curiosity, a desire to make a difference and leadership capability.\n \nYou will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with significant experience in a financial control or a senior finance role.\n \n- Analytical - able to turn financial information into useful insight and action.\n \n- A confident communicator - comfortable working with senior managers and explaining financial matters clearly.\n \n- Constructively challenging - willing to question assumptions and decisions while building strong relationships.\n \n- Accurate and disciplined - maintaining high standards of financial control and integrity.\n \n- Collaborative - someone who sees finance as an integral part of the wider business.\n \n- A people leader - someone who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating their team and takes pride in seeing others succeed.\n Benefits \n \n- Performance-related bonus\n \n- Private healthcare\n \n- Company pension\n \n- Life assurance\n \n- On-site subsidised canteen\n \n- Fr
