Our team is expanding! We are looking for a creative Menswear Designer / Buyer to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Menswear Designer / Buyer, you will create garment collections for the company's portfolio of brands consistent with brand objectives, while affording a commercial attitude and efficient performance in delivering seasonal collections. You will control all aspects of product development, ensuring each new collection is developed in line with brand DNA, falls within desired cost structures, and that the appropriate quality standard is achieved and maintained. You will create and maintain all style and size specifications for new collection samples and bulk production alike. You will also develop appropriate branding presentations, in line with brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will be trend aware and have a strong eye for design, able to create dynamic, commercial and innovative collections.

The role will require the successful candidate to have:

  • Previous experience as a designer is essential.
  • Previous experience in creating fashion garment collections is desirable.
  • Relevant degree qualification in fashion or design is desirable.
  • Excellent CAD skills and IT ability. Experience in CorelDRAW / Illustrator / Photoshop is desirable.
