As the Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily running of our retail store. Specifically, you'll seek to maximise sales and ensure that the highest levels of customer service are provided by effectively managing employees, stock and the visual presentation of the store.
Leading and motivating your team, you'll encourage them to maintain the highest level of retail standards, as well as providing feedback and training to facilitate their development and growth. You'll recognise that ultimately the key to successful retailing is our customers and you will ensure at all times the service offered is world class and that customers receive an in-store retail experience that is market-leading.
