Douglas Court Care Home in Derby is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead by example, supervise the care team and deliver person-centred care.
You will administer medication, support care plans, monitor wellbeing and ensure accurate records, while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.
You will work closely with the Care Manager, cover alternate weekends, and contribute to a positive, compassionate culture.
