Responsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to the administrator. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Occasional lifting five (5) to twenty (20) pounds
  • Frequent sitting, standing
  • Occasional bending, squatting, reaching, stooping

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to the assistant principal and administrative assistant.
  • May schedule events on master calendar regarding athletic events and activities and providing information to various personnel and community.
  • May assign student lockers and processes student I.D. cards.
  • May manage daily substitute teacher activities and records teacher absences.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Respond to telephone calls, route calls, take messages and assist staff, parents and community with concerns and questions.
  • Provide information through daily bulletin and other means to staff, students and others.

Minimum Hire Rate: $18.93 USD Hourly

Maximum Hire Rate: $24.13 USD Hourly

Full Salary Range: $18.93 USD - $29.33 USD Hourly
