Responsible for providing clerical and secretarial support to the administrator. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
Essential Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to the assistant principal and administrative assistant.
- May schedule events on master calendar regarding athletic events and activities and providing information to various personnel and community.
- May assign student lockers and processes student I.D. cards.
- May manage daily substitute teacher activities and records teacher absences.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Respond to telephone calls, route calls, take messages and assist staff, parents and community with concerns and questions.
- Provide information through daily bulletin and other means to staff, students and others.
