Douglas City Council is seeking an Assistant Housing Manager (services) to join the Housing & Property team in Douglas. You will lead a senior operational role delivering responsive, high-quality housing services for tenants, overseeing allocations, tenancies, income collection and estate services.
You will manage a customer services and sheltered housing function, develop staff, improve performance and act as the Council’s representative with partner agencies.
