The Package
- Basic Salary: ÂŁ23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off)
- Additional Benefits: 33 days paid holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), holiday commission, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, structured career path, employee assistance scheme and paid entry fees for charity events!

The Job
- Provide expert marketing advice to help customers achieve the best sale price
- Successfully list properties and assist vendors in selling at the best price
- Keep up to date with market conditions and build a reputation as a local expert
- Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance
- Work closely with your team to match properties with potential buyers
- Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, driving profitability
- Motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings when the Branch Manager is absent

- Ability to build great relationships and a track record of turning valuations into listings
- Driven, passionate and enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”
- A genuine interest in helping customers on their journey
- Strong work ethic and values aligned with honesty, trust and respect
- Full driving licence required
