Key Responsibilities:- Quality Queen (or King): You’ll be the guardian of all things tasty—checking our ingredients, overseeing baking processes, and ensuring every batch meets Dougie's sky-high standards (no soggy bottoms here).
- Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the baking curve and help us whip up what’s next before everyone else does.
- Collaborator Extraordinaire: Work with our bakers, suppliers, and marketing dream team to make sure every product tastes amazing and looks the part.
