Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone and via email, providing assistance with enquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using Shopify, ensuring all details are captured flawlessly.
- Share your passion for our bakery delights by offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Handle customer concerns and issues with care, turning any negative experiences into positive ones.
- Use your creativity to edit and enhance images for custom cake prints, making each one a masterpiece.
- Collaborate with our bakery team to bring custom cake designs to life, ensuring they exceed customer expectations.
- Bring your positive attitude and willingness to learn to every shift, helping us create a welcoming atmosphere for all.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service roles, is a bonus, but passion for our Product and Customers is key.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for image editing and design.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
