Bakery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, coupled with exceptional leadership and team management skills. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods while fostering a positive and productive work environment., * Supervise daily bakery operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage food production processes, including the preparation of doughs, batters, and other bakery items.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and kitchen staff to achieve operational goals.

• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing products.

• Ensure that all baked goods meet quality standards in taste, appearance, and freshness.

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in food production and preparation within a bakery or similar environment.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential.
