Our client, a reputable subcontractor within the internal fit-out industry, is now looking to appoint an Estimator to join their experienced team and assist in the pricing of multi-million-pound tenders and packages. With a current turnover of almost £40 million, our client works across both the commercial and residential sectors with a portfolio of bespoke projects completed. This is an ideal role for an individual or trainee Estimator who wants to take the next step in their career and progress forward.
Responsibilities:
- Downloading and setting up tender documents
- Updating tender log
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors
Key Experience:
- Knowledge of interior fit out
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of Oncentre or Conquest advantageous
- Ability to read drawings and understand from a technical perspective
