About the role
You will be primarily responsible for creating designs for fast-paced quick turnaround projects within the facade industry. Projects are valued up to £2,000,000 and candidates must be able to offer technical advice to site teams and design teams when needed. You’ll report to the Technical Director and will be tasked with the following:
- Designing drawings at all stages of the project
- Scheduling and supporting in technical aspects
- Liaising with various teams, clients and architects

My client wants someone who’s got experience of creating GA, manufacturing and fabrication drawings. They’ll also need you to have experience of:
- Curtain walling, structural glazing and architectural aluminium
- Working with various profiles and systems
- Quickly arising to technical issues and sketching out suitable ways of fixing problems
- Working on fast-paced projects with quick turnaround times
In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:
