Business Development Manager/ Bid Manager
A well-established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Business Development & Bid Manager to generate new opportunities and support profitable growth across the UK.
The role will focus primarily on the refurbishment market, developing relationships with end users, councils, surveyors, contractors and other key decision-makers.
This is a varied national role combining business development, technical sales and bid support.
You will identify and track opportunities, carry out surveys, help prepare specifications and proposals, and work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are handed over and delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a national business development plan to achieve agreed sales and margin targets.
- Identify and secure new clients and project opportunities, with a particular focus on refurbishment work.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, end users, councils, contractors, surveyors and other key decision-makers.
