Our Client is an established interior fit-out construction company based in Leeds, now looking for a detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. You will work with a very experienced team around you including A&D managers, Bid Manager and Estimating gaining exposure to some very exciting projects and building a strong book of contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system
- Review and book in new tender enquiries
- Navigate and manage drawing portal systems such as Conquest, Asite, and 4Projects
- Maintain and update internal sales reports
- Communicate with clients, acknowledging enquiries and raising RFIs
- Support with client-facing presentation materials (PowerPoint)
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative or coordination background (construction or fit-out preferred)
- Excellent IT skills - particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms
- Experience reviewing online portal systems and handling sensitive data
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail
