We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estimating interior fit-out packages, including joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope, requirements, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
  • Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to senior management, ensuring they reflect the current market conditions and company objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods related to interior fit-out packages.
  • Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
Skills & Experience:
