Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in estimating interior fit-out packages, including joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.

Key
Responsibilities: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify scope, requirements, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
Present cost estimates and pricing strategies to senior management, ensuring they reflect the current market conditions and company objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods related to interior fit-out packages.
Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
Skills & Experience: In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards specific to interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in estimating software (e. g., Bluebeam, Pro Est, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred).
