We are working with a leading specialist in glass partitioning and interior fit-out solutions, looking to appoint a Bid Manager to drive growth across the North. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on developing key relationships, securing projects, and managing a strong pipeline within a well-established and respected business.

The Role

You will take ownership of all commercial and project relationships across the region, working closely with main contractors, architects, and design partners to deliver sustained growth. This is more than a traditional bid role; it is a strategic position where you will influence projects from early engagement through to award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to contact for all opportunities
  • Manage and develop a strong regional pipeline to hit revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects & design teams (A&D)
