We are seeking an Estimator for a Façade Subcontractor who is a well-known name and specialises in Architectural Aluminium, Glazing, Cladding, and all things that make the London Skyline awesome. You will join a very talented team and price packages and jobs from £1 million upwards and be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing take offs from drawings
  • Attending sites and meeting with clients to understand project briefs
  • Using Excel or Estimating software to build up prices
  • Working with sales and bid teams to ensure presentations are on time
  • Ability to proactively work with Main Contractors and understand why tenders are won or lost
  • Being a proactive Estimator and the face of the business
  • Attending Bid meetings and ensuring all information is in Bid Packs
  • Finalising and submitting pricing changes
