The Role
The role will be Design Manager to lead the Drawing Office team. This role would suit a senior designer with mentoring experience who wants to move to management or, likewise, a Design Coordinator looking for the next step.
As Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of technicians and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to construction, on time and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage the drawing office team.
- Plan and coordinate design resources across multiple live projects.
- Ensure accurate and timely production of technical drawings and design documentation.
