We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship across joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing packages.
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
- Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards specific to interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred).
