Our Client is a leading subcontractor specialising in high-end interior fit-out projects. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious commercial developments nationally, where quality and precision are paramount. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship across joinery, glazed partitions, drylining, and structural glazing packages.

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team.

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, focusing on joinery, partitions, drylining, and structural glazing.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure all estimates are aligned with project requirements and budgets.
  • Track project costs, monitor progress against estimates, and prepare reports for management review.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards specific to interior fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred).
