Specification/Account Manager Fit Out Industry London
Our client has built an excellent brand over the past twenty years, which is great news to the person reading this advert and wanting to apply. With any well-known brand, the selling of the product becomes an easy task; all you have to do is network, present CPDs, meet with architects and clients over a coffee, game of paddle or various other ways of building on relationships.
You will have the autonomy to come in and bring fresh new ideas to bring in the business and projects. This role is initially remote-based with an ideal location, London/South East and commutable to London.
Specification Manager Responsibilities:- Build relationships with Architects, Specifiers and Contractors
- Proactively win new business and build a pipeline
- Chase and follow up with potential clients and projects
- Work closely with the contract team and ensure tenders are on time and won
- Knowledge of External Facades, Glazed Partitions, Metal Ceilings, Joinery Packages, Iron Mongery or Structural Glazing Advantageous
- Experience with specifiers, architects and contractors
- Workplace fit-out background
- Strong Networking skills
This is an excellent role for the successful candidate, salary is up to £65,000 DOE plus company pension, health insurance and a solid opportunity to grow your career.
