- Process and manage high‑volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday, including onboarding, off‑boarding, job changes, leave updates, and general record maintenance, while adhering to team SLAs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to employees and managers using Workday self‑service (hires, transfers, job changes, promotions, etc.).
- Run standard reports and support ad‑hoc data requests; conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Handle employee inquiries and issue resolution; assist in the research, escalation, and resolution of Workday‑related operational issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively across HR and non‑HR cross‑functional teams (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance).
- Support business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, and maintenance within Workday and other HR systems.
- Serve as the first line of support for Workday system questions; troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new functionality in Workday, including the bi‑annual release.
- Develop job aids and conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to promote efficiency and adoption.
- Support basic system configuration in Workday.
- Create and load EIBs as necessary.
Skills & Experience You’ll Need
- 2+ years of HR technology and operations experience (Workday experience preferred).
- Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes using Workday.
- Familiarity with Workday configuration and reporting (not required).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- General awareness of compliance processes (e.g., SOX compliance).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration).
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
