What you’ll do

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Global Payroll Lead who will coordinate all efforts pertaining to the payroll processing, analysing, reporting, and day-to-day items for the countries this role is responsible for. This role requires a highly organized, proactive problem solver, who also has exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, as they will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Legal. This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in our London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Payroll Operations: Coordinate and process all DV Global Payroll’s (including US), ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Payroll Transformation: Assist with transition from Papaya Global to CloudPay; including parallel payroll runs, validation, reconciliation etc.
  • Vendor management: Partner with CloudPay, assist with managing SLAs, escalations, service quality, and continuous improvement, hold vendor accountable for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Equity Support: Support equity compensation processing for stock compensation (RSUs, stock options, ESPP) activity in accordance with country regulations.
  • Time Management: Supervise the internal process making sure key deadlines are met with all required payroll responsibilities.
  • Stabilize Workday Payroll: Ensure seamless payroll integration in Workday, partnering with Tech & Ops to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Accounting, Equity Admin, and HR teams to ensure payroll is processed in compliance with each jurisdiction’s legal requirements and procedures.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain internal controls, while ensuring compliance with global, federal, state, and local regulations for taxes, social contributions, benefits, and deductions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline payroll performance.

Who you are

Experience: 8+ years of processing International Payroll and experience with US Payroll for a Corporate Company.

Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software, including Workday, OSV, CloudPay, Globalization Partners and Papaya Global. Workday experience is required, and Workday Payroll Pro Certification is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.

Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, and other teams to ensure seamless payroll processes and drive business goals.

Global Payroll Transactions: Experience managing payroll for global mobile employees across multiple jurisdictions is a plus. This is a Hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in our London office.
