The Role:
- To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
- Supervise the Housekeeping and Accommodation team, ensuring daily tasks are delivered to high standards
- Assist with rotas and stock control and management
- Contribute to daily housekeeping duties, such as undertaking regular deep cleaning and replenishment
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
