We're looking for a confident and experienced Night Manager to lead our hotel operation overnight, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and a safe, secure environment for guests and team members.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for the hotel during overnight hours, overseeing guest service, operational standards and night audit processes while acting as the senior manager on duty.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational standards
- Act as the senior manager on duty during overnight shifts
- Support and guide overnight team members, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and effectively
- Oversee night audit processes and ensure financial and administrative procedures are completed accurately
- Conduct regular security, safety and property checks throughout the hotel
- Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
- Manage incidents and make confident decisions to support guests, team members and the business
- Support the preparation of the hotel for the following day's operation
- Help create a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel leadership, duty management or night management role
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Good organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of hotel operations and night audit processes
