The Person:
- Proven experience in a similar role

- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
The Role:
- Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets
- Motivate and train junior team members
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow
- Support with rotas, inventory management, and compliance
