The Person:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- A high level of understanding of sales performance metrics and forecasting
- Strategic thinker who is results driven
The Role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies with ambition targets, and lead the sales team to achieve these
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and manage the sales team, and foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training and motivation
- Prepare and present detailed forecasts and reports for senior management
