This downtown hotel features fully air-conditioned flexible event space. The hotel's full catering and banquet service includes delicious offerings which can be tailored to cater for any type of event.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Night Auditor to help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth overnight operation of the hotel. This is a varied role where you'll combine guest service responsibilities with important overnight administrative and financial processes, helping to ensure the hotel is prepared for a successful day ahead.

What You'll Be Doing- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night
- Welcome guests, manage late check-ins and support early departures
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
- Complete night audit procedures and end-of-day financial processes
- Conduct regular security and safety checks throughout the hotel
- Support the smooth running of the hotel during overnight shifts
- Ensure company, brand and legal standards are maintained at all times
- Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation, supporting setup and breakdown of all onsite outlets.
- Previous experience in hospitality, Front Office, customer service or administration is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numerical and administrative skills
