The Role:

  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
  • To assist with the service of our guests, thus ensuring all guests receive efficient, professional service at all times and exceeding their expectations.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards.
  • Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to.
