The Role:

  • To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
  • Ensuring all meeting and events rooms are well presented, clean and stocked with supplies
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered
  • Provide support for events, such as assisting with last minute changes, guest queries or technical support
  • Ensure all equipment is set up correctly
