The Role:
- Assist in the daily operational management of the leisure department and services
- Assist with the leadership and management of the leisure team and provide ongoing training and support
- Support the leisure manager with managing budgets and producing reports and forecasts
- Oversee health and safety procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests
