Role Responsibilities

The ideal person will have experience in all aspects of property maintenance and is looking to move to the worldwide recognised brand of Hilton.

The person will also be able to demonstrate great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude and ensure customer expectations are pro-actively met with a high level of attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of the role are

  • Maintain the internal appearance of the hotel to a high standard.
  • Complete duties as per daily maintenance list & carry out preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Respond to all enquiries promptly.
  • Carry out maintenance work & ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all tasks.
  • Follow COSHH regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances.
  • Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes
  • Ensure good relationships with internal and external customer & contractors.
  • Attend additional training suitable to the role.
  • Key Requirements
  • The ideal candidate would have previous experience of building maintenance, including plumbing, basic electrical and fabric.
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations including working at heights.
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
