We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Operative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Experience of OnQ, Micros & SAP
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • High-level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers

The Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Ensure all payment deadlines are met
  • Support the management of all account inquiries and disputes
  • Ensure cash handling process is being followed including float counts.
  • Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Build accurate financial reports and identify discrepancies
  • Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the General Manager
