Right on the waterfront and next to the ExCel exhibition centre, the hotel is only a 12 minute tube ride from Central London. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our Truly Talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Food and Beverage Operations Team from the front, personally delivering exceptional service and generating positive guest feedback.
- Being present in the Operation at the busiest times, hands on during service as and when required, including evenings and weekends.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service at all times in Restaurant, Bar and M & E, achieving Hilton SALT targets for all meal periods.
- Regularly reviewing and refreshing our food and beverage offering - innovating and trying new ideas to surprise and delight our guests.
- Well presented, positive and professional at all times, engaging with guests on a daily basis to drive customer satisfaction.
- Delivery of Hilton Brand Standards at all times / QA Audit Compliance.
- Planning all aspects of the operation across the food and beverage outlets to ensure rotas and service meet the needs of all our guests at all times, using Fourth HR system.
- Ensuring financial targets, including Revenue, Payroll and Operating Costs, Liquor stock results, are achieved.
- Ensure Employee Engagement and Satisfaction, through effective communication and leadership; ensure the team receive an annual PDR.
- Ensure HR records for Food and Beverage Department are accurate and up to date in Fourth System at all times.
- Support the hotel’s Sustainability goals, looking for opportunities to make the department and hotel more sustainable; participate in Green Tourism initiatives.
- Ensure active participation in the hotels CARE Committee and Meetings, personally, and by the Food and Beverage Department.
- Ensuring all Statutory Health and Safety training and Non-Statutory training is up to date and to the required standard at all times.
- Carrying out Duty Management shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive ambassador for the hotel, management company, and owners at all times.
- A team player, interacting with other HOD’s, and supporting other departments where needed.
