Responsibilities
- Serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar outlets while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a visible presence within the restaurant to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly manner.
- Upsell products where possible.
- Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy.
- Assist with the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
