We're looking for an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a positive team culture. The Opportunity
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards across guest experience, team engagement and business performance. Working closely with department leaders, you'll create an environment where teams can succeed, guests feel valued and operational excellence is delivered consistently. You'll play a vital role in driving commercial success, maintaining standards and ensuring the hotel achieves its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional service and operational standards
- Drive guest satisfaction and create memorable experiences throughout the guest journey
- Lead, coach and support department leaders and their teams
- Monitor and improve operational performance across all areas of the hotel
- Support the delivery of revenue, profitability and budget objectives
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, brand and company requirements
