Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Responsibilities
- Deal with incoming enquiries by phone or email and send a proposal in accordance with customer requirements.
- Negotiate and agree on rates according to Selling Strategies.
- Work proactively with the team to maximise revenue and generate business.
- Meet potential clients to showcase hotel facilities.
- Manage diary effectively.
- Send contracts to clients and keep departments and clients updated in a timely manner.
- Work and cooperate with the team and other departments, offering support and assistance when necessary.
- Organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Communicate client requirements verbally and in writing via the Delphi computer system to all departments within the hotel.
