  • Strong leadership and people management skills

The Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
  • Ability to recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department
  • Manage the daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department
  • Monitor and ensure compliance achieved for Health and Safety standards
  • Oversee the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively
