What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
  • A good knowledge of wines and spirits
