We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to progress their career as a Night Receptionist in a luxury hotel.
The Role
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm, professional and seamless experience throughout their stay. Working as part of the Front Office team, you will support overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety and service standards are maintained at all times.
You Will Also – But Not Be Limited To
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Handle guest requests, enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and complete Front Office administration tasks.
- Ensure full knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions and Hilton Honors benefits.
- Promote upgrades and hotel services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Complete night audit procedures, reports and handovers accurately.
- Liaise with departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Follow all hotel policies, including health and safety and emergency procedures.
The Person
We are looking for a Night Receptionist with previous Front Office or customer service experience, a positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a professional approach and the ability to work independently during the night shift.
