We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our team.
The Role
- Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Supervise your designated kitchen section, ensuring it is fully prepared for service, maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
- Coordinate and support the kitchen team, assisting with training, stock control, and ensuring efficient service across all kitchen sections.
- Deliver an outstanding dining experience by preparing and presenting dishes to company standards while adapting to business demands and operational priorities.
The Person
You will have previous experience in a similar kitchen role, a passion for producing high-quality food, and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
