As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What will I be doing?
Responsibilities
- Convert, quickly, enquiries into contracted business
- Respond, positively, to sales enquiries to develop future sales leads
- Identify sales leads, as appropriate
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation
- Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards

- A passion for delivering great customer service
- A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding administration and organisational skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for delivering extraordinary events and exceptional service.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous experience in a Reservations environment
- Previous hotel reception experience, ideally with a Hilton brand
