  • High compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Preparing facilities for the following day

The Role:

  • Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
  • Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
