An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at DoubleTree by Hilton on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement, and excellent commercial performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring brand standards are consistently met
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service

  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and proactively
  • Work closely with the Kitchen, Events, and wider Operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and licensing regulations
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management within the team

About You

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills

  • Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
  • Confident, professional, and adaptable in a busy environment
