Your role:
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar. Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs. You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop. The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
