The Person:

  • Previous culinary experience

  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard
  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Work effectively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service
  • Support junior kitchen staff with training and supervision
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
  • Contribute to menu development and specials as required
