We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Meeting & Events Sales Executive to help create exceptional experiences for our clients and guests. This is a key role responsible for managing meeting and event enquiries, building strong client relationships and supporting the successful conversion and coordination of business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation
- Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately and efficiently
- Conduct client showrounds and support sales activity where required
- Coordinate event requirements and communicate details effectively with operational teams
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, maximising conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and booking information within hotel systems
- Support the achievement of meeting and events revenue targets
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required
- Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, events, reservations, administration or hospitality is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and hotel systems
- Positive, professional and commercially minded approach
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude
