Join a growing, dynamic hotel group. We are seeking an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to support two of our branded properties located at Manchester Airport and Reading. This senior, hands-on finance role is ideal for a qualified hotel finance professional with multi-site experience and strong commercial focus.

We are looking for someone that holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with keen attention to detail. Applicants must be willing and capable of taking accountability and ownership for an on-site finance operation and be familiar with hospitality finance operations to be able to deliver the requirements of the owners and management company effectively.
Your role
Responsibilities of the Cluster Financial Controller will include but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for the maintenance of the financial records of the hotels within the cluster.
- Production of weekly forecasts to EBITDA, ensuring integrity of all processes and submissions.
- Proactive cost control.
- Supervision of team and liaison with central teams to ensure across the cluster.
